Excersise Library

This is our collection of videos specialising in both vocal and physical exercises/techniques that can help with common musculoskeletal issues that can occur in vocalists. Each video contains a vocal advice and a corrective, physical exercise or stretch which helps to target a specific problem area. Both of which complement each other. Fabian addresses the vocal element whilst Lauren focuses on what is happening physiologically to the body during singing.

All videos are available for you to watch for 3 months. It is advisable to focus on the videos that have been prescribed to you during the live session in order to gain the maximum benefit. Certain stretches are NOT advisable to do just before performing such as 2.1 levator scapulae, (add the rest) but others such as 1.2 (larynx shake, add others) are gentle enough to do on performance
